Udkik.dk is a maritime web portal owned by Krone System Design ApS (“Krone”, “we” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you (“you”) use this website's services ("Services"). The terms apply to all users of the Services so it is important that you review them carefully before using the Services. Your use of the Services confirms that you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Services.

General

We may change the Terms or modify any features of the Services at any time at our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms of Service” link at the bottom of every page of this site. If you continue to use the Services after changes are posted you will be deemed to have accepted the change.

By using the Services, you confirm that you understand the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described in the Privacy Policy.

JavaScript

This site is a large maritime information and intermediary service. Whilst we take great effort to keep our information and other material as accurate as possible, the size of the site makes it impossible to assure that there are no errors or omissions. Thus, Krone disclaims against any liability for actions or omissions performed solely on the basis of information rendered on this website.

The copyright to all contents of this site belongs to Krone. You may view the pages of this site and print data for personal use and information. Systematic download of information is not allowed. Copying or reproduction of any part of the site to other sites or using the information of this site in any edited form for commercial use, including use of Krone’s name or domain names, is only allowed with written permission.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Since most factors, which impact the SLA, are out of our control we do not guarantee any level of SLA. This said, the site is monitored 24/7, all issues will be qualified and addressed, and planed maintenance is scheduled outside peak hours to reduce the time of unavailability.

Cancellation

For all services that you can acquire, it is a matter of passing on information and knowledge in the form of advertisements. Once the information has been provided, the service has been received and cannot be returned. This means that ad services cannot be cancelled.

Advertiser's obligations

If you create an advertisement, you must ensure that the content of the ad is correct at all times, as well as to delete the ad once the ad is no longer relevant, e.g. an item has been sold.

Krone's obligations

With regard to highlighted advertising, we are obliged to display the highlights in question until the ad is deleted, but never longer than the agreed highlighting period.

Advertisements “on hold”

You have the option to set your ad on hold. Ads on hold will not be published while on hold. Advertisements that have been identified as no longer relevant (e.g. because a visitor claims the item has been sold) will be contacted by us by email. If the email is not responded to by you then your ad may be set on hold. Any highlighted period will not be affected by setting an ad on hold, i.e. the highlighting period will not be prolonged with the time on hold.

Advertisements to be removed

Advertisements that are not related to the maritime content of this site (e.g. advertisement for cigarettes) may be removed without notice. Advertisements that are offensive on account of ethnicity, disability, religion, gender, nationality, political or personal beliefs etc. will be removed without notice. Advertisements that violate any law (e.g. copyrights) will be removed without notice. Advertisers who have their advertisement removed will not be entitled to a refund.

Payment

Payments are accepted worldwide, but could be rejected in cases where the located or origin of funds appears to be from a country on which international sanctions are imposed.
