The Catana 44 is a large catamaran designed by the Australian maritime architect Lock Crowther together with Christophe Barreau from in the early nineties. The Catana 44 is built by the French yard Catana Group.

Hull

Both the hull and the deck is made of fibreglass. Generally, a hull made of fibreglass requires only a minimum of maintenance during the sailing season.
